What time should I order for same-day delivery?+
Order by 2 PM for same-day delivery across London. Orders placed after 2 PM are delivered the following morning.
Where do you deliver?+
Across London — Central, North, South, and Greater London. Free delivery on orders over £75 in Central London. See our Delivery page for zone details.
How are the flowers packaged?+
Every arrangement leaves our London studio in our signature wrap, tissue-wrapped, with a hand-signed care card. Temperature-controlled during transit.
Can I request a specific flower or colour?+
Each arrangement is composed individually — we don't replicate previous arrangements. However, you can add notes at checkout and our florists will interpret your preference within the day's palette.
How long will my flowers last?+
With proper care (fresh water daily, trim stems at 45°, away from direct sun and fruit), most arrangements last 5–7 days. Some varieties — peonies, anemones — are more ephemeral by nature.
Do you do weddings and events?+
Yes. Visit our Weddings page for our bespoke service. We take on a limited number of events per season — please enquire at least 8 weeks in advance.
